The actress was born in the city of Los Angeles, on September 16, 1958, to a mother who worked as an actress, but was unsuccessful at it and a father who made a living selling automobiles. Jennifer, as the second daughter of four, often went to theater shows with her mother, and was delighted. Jennifer's parents split when she was 5 years older.
